adequate but some issues
broken acuncomfortable room
my room was too warm the ac was broken it wasn't effective at all i mentioned it but nothing changed i had trouble sleeping because of it the lack of proper cooling made things pretty uncomfortable the broken ac was a real problem

The check-in process WAS simple and fast. The room had a CLEAN bathroom. That was a plus. I found the location central, with easy access to attractions.
The noise insulation WASN'T great. I experienced noticeable road noise. Sleeping became difficult. THIS impacted my overall stay.

The reception staff provided helpful assistance, offering directions and answering questions efficiently. Staff members also handled luggage storage requests promptly. The breakfast buffet was located next door and the staff there were efficient and helpful. These interactions enhanced the overall experience.

The location proved very convenient I easily accessed nearby attractions. The staff members I encountered displayed cute and friendly attitudes. My room included a functional desk with adequate natural light perfect for work.

The bathroom felt quite small. A bad smell came from the drains. I mentioned it, but nothing changed. This smell drifted from the bathroom into the bedroom. The air conditioning also did not seem effective. The room became too warm even with the window ajar.

The location on portland street was useful. It offered easy access to nearby places. The staff was friendly all the way throughout the building. The hotel has a modern style.
The room was cold because outside temperature was sub zero. The heater didn't work properly. It seems the heating was controlled centrally. It got warmer in the morning though.
